About me:

Utopya Speaks, a devoted father of two, originally from Baltimore, Maryland, relocated to Dallas, TX in late December 2019 to expand his many gifts as a Poet, Certified Life Coach, Certified Spiritual Coach (also known as a Spiritual Psychologist), Inspirational Speaker, Mentor, and Youth Advocate. For the last 19 years, Utopya has publicly addressed diverse audiences with expertise in youth empowerment, motivation, inspiration, spirituality, personal transformation, and development.

Utopya has spoken at schools, universities, banquets, weddings, spiritual ceremonies, workshops, community events, and churches. He is currently a 14- year member of Toastmasters, formerly President at Morgan State University.

He holds a life coaching certification for over five years, obtained from Orange County Public Speaking Academy formerly located in CA. His unwavering passion is to help individuals break free from limitations and unlock their true potential.

My gift to serve humanity:

As a naturally gifted empath, I possess the ability to sense and comprehend the emotions of others. This enables me to uncover the root of their concerns, including aspects they may not have been consciously aware of. By combining my inherent gifts, skills, and knowledge with attentive listening, I offer solution-based feedback. This supports my clients on their journey to self-discovery, inner peace, awareness and acceptance.  Moreover, nurtures their soul, mind, and body by accessing individual belief systems. I leverage faith in a higher power to explore areas of conflict in their lives.

My Spiritual Awakening:

Several years ago, I experienced a profound spiritual awakening. I awakened to my true calling and realized the significance of stillness, allowing the divine guidance of The Most High to illuminate my path. I made a conscious choice to prioritize personal and spiritual growth, embracing my authentic self and honing the skills needed to serve others. To this day, I am committed to sharing light and inspiration with everyone I encounter. My spiritual journey, determination, and unwavering commitment perfectly exemplify my guiding principle: ‘Change who you are for who you are called to be.

My spiritual belief:

Spirituality is simply a connection to the “Ultimate” that is larger and immeasurable in my life. I believe God is All-knowing, All-pervading, Immutable, Immortal, the Highest Reality. God is a universal presence and central to all things. I don't follow any specific religious injunctions and rituals as prescribed by religious counterparts. Religion is based on a system of beliefs, practices and rituals to worship a supernatural being.

My spiritual belief tends to focus more on a person’s quest to understand life’s meaning and one's individual purpose, as well as their connection to other beings, nature and something bigger than themselves. I connect with Source in the same way that others who believe in God "may. I follow universal values (laws) and principles to guide my thoughts and actions.

I understand that there is an intelligence and beauty far beyond what I can ever fathom with my limited mind and perspective. I know that there must be an Ultimate Cause for this world that permeates everything and every being. This is God; which is known variously as but not limited to Ultimate Cause, Reality, Creator, The Most High, The Almighty, The Omnipotent One, Jehovah, Yahweh etc. ONENESS Is The Guiding Light for me; "I AM" spiritual. I am connected to the One and only Source Energy that created everything and every being. I try not to see divisions between people and their paths but rather the interconnectedness of everything.
